Mental Health includes your emotional well-being and how you think, feel and act. Everyone experiences emotional responses to life events at some time, but when these feelings are extreme or don’t go away, they can lead to mental illness. Mental health conditions can be treated, and people can recover and thrive.

The World Health Organization (WHO) works with governments and partners to provide the leadership, evidence, tools and technical support to promote and protect mental health for all.
